The INCAP Career Program offers opportunities for adults to learn through industry-led training – whether you’re advancing your current career or preparing for a new one.
In the INCAP Career Program, you’ll complete industry-led education and training recognized by employers and earn a paycheck at the same time. How else is this different from other adult learning programs? There are two big differences:
Employers design the education and training for each occupation. They have insight into the job market, and the skills taught through the INCAP Career Program are the ones they deem most critical.
An INCAP degree is recognized industry-wide, making you highly valuable and giving you more career opportunities. It also counts toward college credit, making it possible for you to go on to an advanced academic program.
Review the opportunities available through the INCAP Career Program to see the industries that are actively hiring and identify one that aligns with your interests and goals.
Get hands-on training with a participating employer while earning a paycheck. Through structured on-the-job learning and classroom instruction, you’ll build real-world skills that employers need.
When you graduate, you’ll earn a valuable degree that is recognized by employers and counted toward college credit – and have the skills to further your career.
